Hubo una en la ciudad de Xalapa que convoco una maestra que era dirigente estatal, a la mitad de la década pasada, tal vez en 2014 o 2015, no preciso bien el año, donde lo invitó a dar >una conferencia magistral<, como pomposamente le llaman hoy, y de nueva cuenta intento armar el dialogo conmigo, ahora con el tema de la ruta que debería tomar ya Movimiento Ciudadano para el 2018, por lo que tuve que ser contundente con él y advertirle, que Andrés Manuel López Obrador se estaba aburguesando, que estaba pactando con los enemigos del pueblo de México porque solo le interesaba el poder, por el poder mismo, y que observaba que estaba abdicando de los principios de honestidad valiente que tanto pregono durante varios años, y que si Dante Delgado y Movimiento Ciudadano decidían apoyarlo como candidato otra vez, que yo y muchos mas ya no iríamos con alguien que se pavoneaba con el autor-ejecutor del mega-fraude electoral de 1988, Manuel Bartlett, el que nos robo el triunfo de Cuauhtémoc Cárdenas, del Frente Democrático Nacional, y privándonos de la construcción de un México democrático y con desarrollo social.
Eso basto para cortar de tajo la conversación y el saludo en las próximas reuniones donde coincidimos hasta diciembre de 2017, que fue la ultima vez que vi al “hombre bueno”, con quien jamás quise congeniar y evité permanentemente intimar en esas reuniones porque me caía mal, me caía >pesado< (gordo), no lo tragaba pues desde que lo vi en la televisión votando, siendo diputado priísta, por el aumento del IVA del 10 al 15%, festejando al lado de su coordinador legislativo Humberto Roque Villanueva con la àroque-señalà.
¡Estúpidos, mil veces estúpidos! Les grite a distancia a esa >burbuja< de legisladores priistas, que le acababan de asestar, junto con los diputados y diputadas del PAN, una puñalada cobarde a las masas sociales mas necesitadas del país, y que hasta la fecha padecemos.
Pero ahora, el desmemoriado de Andrés Manuel dice que Ignacio Ovalle Fernández es un “hombre bueno”, que abusaron de él un puñado de priistas mañosos, a quienes este iluso-ingenuo político mañoso, con mas de 50 años de experiencia en esas lides, los llevo a SEGALMEX, y que prácticamente a sus espaldas, sin que él se enterara o sospechara en 4 años, se pusieron hacer negocios no de unos cuantos miles de pesos, para no despertar en el >incauto y bueno< de Ignacio sospecha alguna, sino de miles y miles de millones de pesos, como si el titular de SEGALMEX no tuviera una pischca de inteligencia, un gramo de capacidad, un puño de talento o un metro de experiencia en saber primero, a quienes contrata como segundos de abordo, y dos, que en las cuentas bancarias de la institución que tenia bajo su responsabilidad, le estaban metiendo las dos manos estos pillos, a los que ahora la fiscalía les finco responsabilidades por robo, y varios de ellos ya están en la cárcel.
Les juro que cada nuevo día pienso que AMLO ya no me va a sorprender, pero cuando llega la noche me quedo perplejo al enterarme de una nueva del peje. Miren que afirmar que el mañoso de don Ignacio nunca supo a quien contrato para que lo acompañaran en su misión de apoyar a los hombres y mujeres que se dedican a las labores agrícolas en nuestro territorio nacional, para garantizarles los precios de sus productos, y luego para comercializarlos a precios accesibles en beneficio de las clases sociales mas desprotegidas y necesitadas, y jamás, durante 4 años se dio cuenta que esos funcionarios del primer nivel de SEGALMEX eran unos pillos desde antes que llegaran allí, y ya estando, empoderados en el cargo que les dio Ovalle Fernández, desviaron los recursos públicos a su favor, e hicieron súper-negocios que engrosaron sus cuentas de cheques e inversiones bancarias, cometiendo el latrocinio del siglo.
Pero López Obrador afirma que su mentor Ignacio, aquel hombre que le dio su primer trabajo en el Instituto Nacional Indigenista, su primer jefe, en cuatro años jamás sospecho que los priistas pillos que había contratado eran pillos, y que en esos 4 años nunca se entero que hicieron jugosos negocios en esa dependencia por casi de 15 mil millones de pesos. Si, por mas de 15 mil millones de pesos, mucho mas que lo robado en la estafa maestra de Peña Nieto.
A estas alturas también creo firmemente, que AMLO no sabe que el director de la Comisión Federal de Electricidad fue el que nos robo el triunfo de Cuauhtémoc Cárdenas en 1988, y que Manuel Bartlett es un demócrata, un hombre bueno, patriota, como millones de MORENOS lo piensan también y por eso lo defienden y comulgan con él.
Con la participación de prestatarios de servicio social, estudiantes y docentes de las dependencias académicas de la zona centro, la Universidad Autónoma de Tamaulipas (UAT) puso en marcha el programa Brigada Multidisciplinaria, correspondiente al presente período escolar, con la finalidad de llevar servicios gratuitos a la población vulnerable.
Organizada por la Secretaría de Gestión Escolar, a través de la Dirección de Servicio Social, la brigada se desarrolló en la Escuela Primaria Lauro Rendon Valdez, turno matutino, y la Escuela Primaria Prof. Luis Torres Vázquez, turno vespertino, beneficiando a los habitantes del sector de la colonia Estudiantil, en esta capital, mediante los diferentes módulos asistenciales atendidos por la comunidad universitaria.
Se destacó el objetivo de fomentar la solidaridad con la población vulnerable de la región, para lo cual se programó la entrega de paquetes bibliográficos, kits médicos y depósitos de basura a las directoras de ambas escuelas, a fin de contribuir a enriquecer el acervo de sus bibliotecas escolares, elevar el conocimiento ambiental de sus alumnos y brindar auxilio médico básico e instantáneo.
Los habitantes de ese sector, ubicado al poniente de la ciudad, se vieron beneficiados con servicios de consulta médica, enfermería, asistencia jurídica, servicio dental, corte de cabello, asesoría psicológica, servicios veterinarios, pláticas sobre bullying y nutrición, entre otros.
Asimismo, con la finalidad de brindar un momento de esparcimiento a los infantes, se realizaron actividades lúdico-recreativas, donde, además de divertirse y obtener diversos premios de recompensa, se fomentó el aprendizaje de valores.
Cabe mencionar que, como parte de la primera brigada del 2023, se contó con el apoyo y colaboración del Centro Operativo Multidisciplinario de Atención y Servicio Social de la UAT, el Centro de Capacitación para el Trabajo Industrial (CECATI) y el Instituto de Belleza ISIBE.
¿Sabes qué pasaría con tu dinero si tu banco quiebra? Este es uno de los cuestionamientos más comunes después de que Silicon Valley Bank, uno de los 20 bancos más grandes de Estados Unidos, colapsara. En México está el Instituto de Protección al Ahorro Bancario, que se encarga de asegurar los depósitos de las cuentas hasta por tres millones de pesos. ¿Por qué es importante aprender de finanzas? No es un tema que debamos conocer porque uno de los grandes bancos de una potencia se haya declarado en quiebra, ni porque algo similar ocurrió en 2008 que desató una crisis financiera global. Sino porque es justo el desconocimiento y la falta de información lo que orilla a que los ciudadanos comunes sean los principales afectados en casos como este o que incluso se vuelvan el objetivo de grandes estafas.
Todas las personas requerimos dinero y pasa por nuestras manos en diversos montos, por ello lo mejor es saber qué hacer con lo que tenemos, entender por qué es necesaria una cuenta de banco, cómo funcionan las comisiones y tasas de interés de una tarjeta, qué significa el manejo de cuenta y aún más importante es identificar todo lo necesario respecto al Servicio de Administración Tributaria.
Una vez que hemos comprendido lo básico de nuestras finanzas personales podemos continuar con comprender conceptos más amplios como la recesión o la inflación. Esto evitará que cuando veas los precios de todo lo que consumes pienses que el aumento se debe únicamente por culpa del gobierno, también ayudará a que tomes decisiones de compra más acertadas considerando cómo se mueve la economía en el mundo.
El dinero es algo que utilizamos todas las personas, hablar de economía es un hecho que no, pero deberíamos comenzar a entender un poco más de temáticas que salen de nuestra zona de confort, incluso hasta para facilitar nuestra vida, ¿utilizas plataformas para pagos en línea como Paypal, mercadopago o Kueski Pay? ¿sabías que algunas de estas plataformas te ayudan a diferir tus pagos sin intereses o incluso te brindan descuentos adicionales. Hay quienes temen a estas opciones tanto como a las tarjetas de crédito porque lo relacionan con un mayor gasto, lo cierto es que te permiten tener un mejor control sobre el dinero y que en algunos casos los bancos dan mayor prioridad y atención cuando eres víctima de una estafa porque se trata de su dinero. Lo importante es conocer a profundidad sus políticas de intereses para que obtengas el mayor beneficio.
Y si algo nos queda de lección con la crisis de Silicon Valley Bank y lo vivido en la crisis financiera de 2008, es que hay que pagar las deudas, pero hacerlo de forma realista. Cuando una entidad o persona pide un préstamo lo hace bajo escenarios optimistas y deberíamos considerar todo tipo de catástrofes para que las pérdidas no sean las que nos lleven a un punto de quiebre mayor.
2023 no dista mucho de las deudas que la población adquirió hace más de una década, en aquel entonces el problema fue el mercado inmobiliario, la falta de pagos en los bancos y aunque surgió en Estados Unidos, repercutió en todo el mundo. En aquel entonces se hizo evidente la conexión global de todos los países y a México le quedó como lección fortalecer el mercado interno, tema que actualmente ayudó a mantener cierta estabilidad durante la pandemia.
¿Qué nos queda ahora? ¡seguir alerta!, no vamos a volvernos economistas expertos de un día a otro, pero sí es importante dar seguimiento a lo que ocurre en nuestros entornos para poder incidir sobre los mismos, ya una pandemia nos demostró que nada es tan lejano como parece y al final todos estamos más conectados de lo que creemos.
Tampico Alto, Ver.- En fechas próximas serán instaladas luminarias ecológicas, en diferentes partes del municipio, contribuyendo de manera positiva con un entorno más sano .
Fue el titular del departamento de ecología en Tampico Alto German Santiago Valdez, quien detallo que en fechas recientes estuvieron representantes de la Secretaría del Medio Ambiente, y se planteo el proyecto de dotar de lámparas tipo Let a todo el municipio.
Señaló que este proyecto fue en respuesta a una agenda sobre el cambio climático que se entregó durante el mes de diciembre, a la propia secretaria del medio ambiente.
Detalló que se van a cambiar todas las luminarias de vapor de sodio existentes en Tampico Alto, por unas más limpias que van con el entorno ecológico.
Señaló que de acuerdo a la secretaría del medio ambiente de Veracruz, este proyecto se aterrizaría durante el mes de junio.
Explico que serían alrededor de 1052 luminarias las que se colocarían tanto en la cabecera municipal como en el área rural; con un presupuesto de 6 a 7 millones de pesos.
Reiteró que estas lámparas tipo LED son netamente ecológicas, y se pretende que los costes por el consumo sean menores.
Al destacar que se espera el arribo de más de 650 mil visitantes en el próximo periodo vacacional de Semana Santa, el Presidente municipal de Tampico Chucho Nader dio a conocer que el municipio se prepara intensamente para brindar a turistas y visitantes, una renovada y ampliada infraestructura recreativa y turística.
Expresó que en los últimos años su administración ha destinado importantes recursos a la creación, ampliación y mejora de los espacios destinados a la convivencia social y al desarrollo turístico.
Detalló que un ejemplo de ello fue el recientemente inaugurado Parque Chairel ubicado frente a la Laguna del mismo nombre, donde se destinó un recurso aproximado a los dos millones de pesos.
«Hoy el sector poniente de nuestra ciudad localizado justo frente a la Laguna del Chairel ofrece nuevos espacios para la convivencia y la contemplación de espectaculares atardeceres; así como el desarrollo de actividades acuáticas como el surfeo y el kayak, entre otros, lo que sin duda resulta un nuevo atractivo para el turismo que busca ese contacto permanente con la naturaleza», subrayó.
Chucho Nader detalló que la ciudad cuenta con museos, teatros, parques, centro histórico, zonas comerciales y sitios para la contemplación como el parque Fray Andrés de Olmos, La Casa de la Naturaleza, los paseos acuáticos sobre la laguna del Carpintero y Canal de la Cortadura a bordo de Pontones; y los paseos turísticos en los tradicionales tranvías, entre muchos otros atractivos.
«Tampico es hoy en día una fortaleza turística y económica en la entidad; somos el destino más visitado y uno de los más seguros y limpios del país; por ello seguimos trabajando en la ampliación de la infraestructura turística y urbana que confirme nuestra vocación de recibir y servir al turismo con la calidez y calidad que se merecen», subrayó.
